Since 2006 SERICHIM has been a contract research and manufacturing organization (CRMO) focused on developing (bio)chemical synthetic methods and processes for fine chemicals and APIs production. SERICHIM, as a CRMO, supports its customers from the conceptual development of the molecule up to the production of experimental chemicals from grams to hundred kilograms batches in absolute confidentiality.

SERICHIM has state-of-the-art synthesis laboratories together with two pilot plants for reaction scale-up (up to 500l). The analytical laboratories are fully equipped (including NMR and HR-MS), performing characterization and analysis for our researchers, as well as for our clients.

SERICHIM biotechnology department is embarking on a program of insulins, biosimilars and biologics incorporating microbiology, molecular biology, fermentation, and bioprocess engineering also for the coupling of chemistry to biocatalytic strategies.
