Biovalley Investments Partner SpA (BIP SpA) acquires the shares of Aqisitio Srl and fully subscribes the capital increase to € 652,500 consolidating the control of the company. BIP SpA, which in the first months of 2021 successfully completed a capital increase from € 7.681.111 to € 11.058.593, in this way confirms its commitment to support Serichim's development projects in the biotechnology sector and the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
February 2020:
SERICHIM S.r.l. take part to BioHighTech NET 4.0, the main business network in Friuli Venezia Giulia in biomed, biotech and bioinformatics.
January 2019
SERICHIM S.r.l. approves a capital increase dedicated to Biovalley Investments Partner S.r.l.(BIP) wich then hold the absolute majority of shares of the company. The Board of Directors is renewed with the entry of three new directors appointed by BIP.
