September 2nd, 2024:
SERICHIM partecipates as Partner to the Launch in RiJeka of the project NACHIP (North Adriatic Clean Hydrogen Investment Platform). A grant of 7.6 million euro has been awarded through the I3 Instrument, and is financed from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
NACHIP focuses on validating and demonstrating clean hydrogen technologies across three key value chains: manufacturing, urban areas, and mobility. NACHIP aims to develop five pilot solutions for generating, converting, transmitting, storing, and utilizing clean hydrogen.
The pilot project led by SERICHIM of Torviscosa (FVG) focuses on the development of dynamic hydrogen releasers (DHR) to showcase the functionality and efficiency of a prototype DHR. It aims to demonstrate the sustainability of the Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carrier (LOHC) technology for the transport, storage, and release “on demand” of hydrogen and to contribute to the implementation of the European green mobility strategy. Biovalley Investments Partner SpA (BIP SpA) acquires the shares of Aqisitio Srl and fully subscribes the capital increase to € 652,500 consolidating the control of the company. BIP SpA, which in the first months of 2021 successfully completed a capital increase from € 7.681.111 to € 11.058.593, in this way confirms its commitment to support Serichim's development projects in the biotechnology sector and the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.

SERICHIM S.r.l. take part to BioHighTech NET 4.0, the main business network in Friuli Venezia Giulia in biomed, biotech and bioinformatics.

SERICHIM S.r.l. approves a capital increase dedicated to Biovalley Investments Partner S.r.l.(BIP) wich then hold the absolute majority of shares of the company. The Board of Directors is renewed with the entry of three new directors appointed by BIP.
